
At MortgageStack we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using. You have a number of choices and we appreciate you giving us your business. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.
Within the first 30 days after you subscribe, you can request a refund of your setup fees and your first month's subscription. This must be requested within the first 30 days, and is not automatically given. This 30-day refund period is only available to first-time subscribers. The following applies after this initial 30-day refund period for first-time subscribers as well as for all re-subscribers:
All setup fees and subscription charges for both monthly and yearly subscriptions are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake in the amount of the charge. Our policy at MortgageStack is that we believe in committed relationships. We are 100% committed to your growth and success in the mortgage industry. We believe that commitment should be mutual. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We genuinely want to speak with you to resolve whatever issues you're having and turn your experience around for the better.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to us at [email protected] at least 7 days before the desired termination date. Cancellation will take effect immediately upon your request. MortgageStack does not keep our customers' data after a subscription is canceled, so upon subscription cancelation, your account will deleted entirely. We do this to maintain 100% complete and total data ownership and privacy. Your data is yours; we do not keep it for any reason after your subscription is canceled.
For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. If you have a yearly subscription, we will attempt to contact you via email to remind you that your subscription renewal is approaching so that you are not charged unawares.
